Network Managers
We've been installing projectors in school classrooms for a long time. The first was in 1993 when a ceiling mounted projector and interactive whiteboard were fairly high tech. Since then we've carried out hundreds of classroom installations and have met a lot of network managers. All have one thing in common. You know more about IT than we do.What we know about is audio visual systems and equipment. A large part of our role in Schools is to make this specialist knowledge and expertise available to network managers.
Network Managers ask us all sorts of questions. Some are relatively straightforward, such as who made this projector mount or what's the best way to replace a broken VGA faceplate. We also get asked all sorts of complex things and more specialist topics such as, how to send audio over a TCP/IP network, how to get HDMI to work, how many wireless microphones can be used at any one time, and so on.
We've got answers to all of these and just about every one of your audio visual problems or questions.
If there's something you want to know just ask. You cans end us an email, or you can give us a ring.

We can also send you white papers on various topics including "Sound Systems in a School Hall" and "3D projectors - How do they work and what impact will they have on teaching?" Again if you want to know about anything related to audio visual use in education, just ask.
